A guide to the Gor.Or.2 waste manifest (2023 notification)
The roles of the waste generator, transporter and processor when moving industrial waste off-site.
Moving industrial waste off a factory site must follow the Ministry of Industry Notification on the Management of Waste or Unused Materials B.E. 2566 (2023), with the Gor.Or.2 transport manifest at its core.
Waste Generator (WG)
- Report data in the system
- Prepare Form Gor.Or.2
- Sign off for waste removal (Part 1)
Waste Transporter (WT)
- Verify details
- Sign off for transportation (Part 2)
Waste Processor (WP)
- Register the incoming vehicle and confirm arrival (Part 3/1)
- Fingerprint verification
- Approve acceptance (Part 3/2) and completion (Part 3/3)
- Attach photos and return the Gor.Or.2 to the generator
Finally, the generator completes the result summary (Part 4) to close the process.
